All products sold by Canvas Society are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been successfully completed, your digital files will be available for download immediately or within a few minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to payment verification or technical issues.

Download Instructions

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital files through the download page and/or a confirmation email containing your download link.

If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

No Physical Shipping

Since all of our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no physical deliveries.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information regarding damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible digital files.
